Goods that conform
to 1 of each number (except for those goods
that are used for the purposes prescribed
in
numbers 2 and 3 of Article 4) and specified
by the Minister of Health and Welfare. |

1. Textile, rubber and similar goods that
are to be used to treat human beings and animals,
or alleviate, take a proper step
to, or prevent their problems.
2. Goods that are neither tools nor machines,
and similar articles that have insignificant
effects on the human body or do
not directly exert action on the human body.
3. Goods that are used for sterilization,
insecticide, and similar purposes with the
object of infectious disease prevention. |
